Click on the 'Create My Fortum Username' - link located in center of the page.
Select verification method. You can verify your details with your personal identification number and customer ID, banking credentials or using a mobile WPKI.
Fill in your personal information and contact details. Your email address will be your username in the future.
A temporary password will be sent your email.
Copy your temporary password into the first field and type in a new password.
After changing the password you can return to the application and log in!
