“Digital services should be personal. Customers who buy electrical heating and district heating from us have very different interests in and approaches to the same service. Through analysis, we can see which areas our customers are most interested in and how they are using them”.

Matti Kaipila, service designer

Advertisements you see can be based on a cookie that has been sent to your browser after you’ve visited our website or a particular page, and on the basis of which we determine that you might be interested in our services. We also buy ad placements that are visible to everyone, i.e. regardless of browsing history. For more examples of our online advertising, see our Privacy Notice.

How can I block telemarketing?

If necessary, Fortum will call you to make sure your contract is in order and that it meets your needs as fully as possible. During the telephone call, it may also be a good idea to check that the personal information we have about you is up to date.

If you no longer want to receive marketing calls  from Fortum, you can contact our customer service or inform the customer service representatives during the marketing call.

In addition you can manage your choices through the National opt out register  https://www.asml.fi/kieltopalvelut (in Finnish). Fortum complies with any such restrictions that have been put in place.
